As non-profits, we are often asked to tighten our belts, do more with less, collaborate, and innovate. However, these challenges can be turned into opportunities for growth and sustainability.
In this workshop, we will explore four techniques that can transform your organization: financial audits, risk assessments, opportunity and trend analysis, and renewed strategic focus. With a clear financial and operational picture, you can assess opportunities for increased sustainability, quickly identifying strategies that position you for growth and development.
