This presentation introduces the core pillars of The Macdonald Method, a practical, human-centred approach to public speaking and communication. It focuses on strengthening both the internal communicator (mindset, confidence, and self-belief) and the external communicator (message structure, delivery, and presence).

Attendees will explore why communication breaks down, how fear and self-doubt undermine impact, and how to rebuild a communication style that feels natural, grounded, and influential.
