Description


The Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce is excited to present the 2024 Business Showcase on Tuesday, October 8! This one-day tradeshow style event will be an opportunity for businesses from the Tri-Cities and beyond to promote their products and/or services, discover new businesses, and connect with hundreds of people in our community. This event will also host a variety of companies and restaurants sampling their food and beverages products.

Meet the Candidates! We expect high attendance as our event will include the opportunity to meet Tri-Cities Candidates for the BC General Election on October 19th.


PREMIUM BOOTH - $650 +GST

  • 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth 
  • Includes one 8 ft. display table with linen and 3 chairs

INLINE BOOTH - $475 +GST

  • 8 ft. x 6 ft. booth 
  • Includes one 6 ft. display table with linen and 2 chairs
  • Business listing on event page (with click-through to company website)

HIGHTOP TABLE - $300 +GST

  • 30" round hightop table with linen and bar stool 
  • Business listing on event page (with click-through to company website)
  • Business listing in event program


PLEASE NOTE: 

- Power may be made available at your Showcase Booth upon request for an additional $100. Power may be subject to availability based on demand. 

- We cannot guarantee any booth placement requests.

- Booth sizes provided are only estimates. Actual dimensions may vary to account for necessary walking space and safety regulations.

- A limited number of each booth option is available. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Premium Booth - $650 +GST

Inline Booth - $475 +GST

Hightop Table - $300 +GST

We respectfully request at least 72 hours of notice for cancellations. A full refund of ticket purchased will be made via the original payment method. Cancellation made less than 72 hours will result in a 100% charge of the ticket price.
