Coquitlam Foundation Announces Opening of Annual Grant and Scholarship Application Cycle
December 3, 2024:
COQUITLAM – The Coquitlam Foundation is pleased to announce the opening of its annual grant and scholarship application cycle, running from December 1, 2024, to March 31st, 2025. This opportunity aims to empower individuals and organizations dedicated to creating a positive impact in their communities through education, innovation, and service.
The Coquitlam Foundation offers financial support in two key areas:
1. Grants: designed to assist nonprofit organizations and community groups working to address critical needs and advance initiatives in areas such as health care, arts & heritage, food insecurity, and conservation of natural resources.
2. Scholarships: available to students pursuing higher education in programs such as business, sciences, trades, and many other fields of study, who demonstrate academic excellence, financial need, and a commitment to making a difference in their chosen field.
Scholarship Application
“The Coquitlam Foundation is dedicated to empowering change makers and supporting the dreams of our future leaders,” said Carol Brodie, Executive Director. “By investing in individuals and organizations, we aim to foster innovation, resilience, and growth in our communities.”
Interested applicants are encouraged to review eligibility criteria and submission guidelines before applying.
Recipients of grants and scholarships will be notified by late April or the beginning of May 2025, with awards distributed at our annual awards night event held on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025.
