MICHELLE KWAN | Michelle Kwan is a trailblazing musician whose mastery of the traditional Chinese harp transcends borders and genres. With roots deeply embedded in the rich tapestry of Chinese musical traditions, Michelle weaves together Western and Asian influences, creating a mesmerizing fusion sound that captivates audiences worldwide.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Michelle began her musical journey on the 21 stringed Chinese harp at a young age. Although she was trained classically on the guzheng, she also had a love for North American mainstream music. Inspired by both classical Chinese melodies and contemporary Western sounds, Michelle embarked on a quest to redefine the boundaries of the ancient Chinese harp.
